STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MONTREL L. MAGEE


In Re: Montrel L. Magee, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Washington, No. 15-CR4-127725. BEFORE: GUIDRY, PETTIGREW AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. Relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion for production of documents and a "motion for reconsideration of ruling," filed on or about November 28, 2017. If relator's representations are correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion for production of documents and the "motion for reconsideration of ruling," if it has not already done so.
