STATE of New Jersey, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Marcus S. MACKROY-DAVIS, Defendant-Movant.



ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that further proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the following expedited, peremptory schedule: appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before March 3, 2022, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before March 23, 2022. Should any entities wish to participate as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its amicus curiae brief, and motion for leave to appear, on or before March 23, 2022. The parties may serve and file answers to any motions for leave to participate, together with responses to the amicus curiae briefs on the merits, on or before April 4, 2022. No further submissions shall be accepted without leave of Court. The parties and amicus curiae shall appear for oral argument during the session of April 25-26, 2022, at a time to be scheduled by the Clerk of the Court.
