Timothy Lynch appeals his convictions for possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, and attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle. He does not challenge the possession convictions, but contends the information on the eluding charge was defective for failing to allege that he did not immediately bring his vehicle to a stop. This court recently rejected the same argument in State v. Tandecki, Wn. App., 84 P.3d 1262 (2004), holding that the term `immediately' is not an element of attempting to elude a police vehicle. Tandecki controls this case. Lynch's convictions are affirmed.

COX and AGID, JJ., concur.
