Upon the State's Motion for Reargument
GRANTED ORDER

Upon consideration of the State's motion for reargument; Defendant's response in opposition thereto; the Delaware Rules of Criminal Procedure Procedure; the facts, arguments, and legal authorities set forth by the parties; statutory and decisional law; and the entire record in this case, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this 3rd day of January 2020 that the State's motion for reargument of the Court's December 17, 2019 Order is GRANTED.

The parties shall file briefs not exceeding six (6) pages on the following issues: (1) the applicable standard of review for the warrant's issuance; and (2) the level of deference the Court must accord to the issuing judge's probable cause determination. The parties shall file briefs on these limited issues pursuant to the following schedule:

• State's Opening Brief: January 9, 2020.

• Defendant's Answering Brief: January 15, 2020.

The Court will schedule oral argument on the parties' submissions.
