{¶ 73} When an allegation is made that the sentence imposed by the trial court is contrary to law, a reviewing court must "'look to the record to determine whether the sentencing court (1) considered the statutory factors, (2) made the required findings, (3) relied on substantial evidence in the record to support those findings, and (4) properly applied the statutory guidelines.'" State v. York, 6th Dist. No. WD-03-017, 2003 Ohio 7249, at ¶ 15, citing, State v. Longnecker, 4th Dist. No. 02CA76, 2003 Ohio 6208, at ¶ 36. {¶ 74} R.C. 2929.13(B)(1) states that when sentencing for a fifth degree felony, "the sentencing court shall determine" whether any of the conditions listed in R.C. 2929.13(B)(1)(a) — (i) apply.
