Applicant Byron Spencer Lloyd seeks an order from this Court directing the district court to rule on his "Motion to Compel Impartiality and Fundamental Fairness to Court's Delayed Ruling." The trial court denied Lloyd's motion on August 15, 2023, and directed the clerk of court to provide a copy of the ruling to Lloyd. Accordingly, the request for writ of mandamus is denied as moot.
