STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Eddie Bruce LINZIE, Appellant.

Christian Lehmberg, Columbia, MO, for Appellant. Julia E. Rives, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

Christian Lehmberg, Columbia, MO, for Appellant.

Julia E. Rives, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

Before Division Two: Lisa White Hardwick, P.J., Thomas N. Chapman and Janet Sutton, JJ.

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Eddie Linzie appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, for assault in the first degree and armed criminal action. He contends that the trial court plainly erred in admitting the testimony of a police department employee that she was familiar with him, having seen him in and around the police station numerous times. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
