STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MICHAEL WAYNE LEWIS

In Re: Michael Wayne Lewis, applying for supervisory writs, 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Mary, No. 2010-183622. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, HOLDRIDGE, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. In this application for writ of mandamus, relator, Michael Wayne Lewis, contends the district court has failed to dispose of relator's "Motion for Credit for Time Served on Probation," which was filed on September 8, 2016, and his "Motion for Written Objections for Denial of Motion for Credit for Time Served on Probation," which was filed on October 3, 2016, as ordered by this court on October 2, 2017. The records show that the district court issued written reasons and signed a judgment on April 11, 2018, denying both motions.
