[¶ 1] Darla Lee appealed from the judgment of conviction, entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of the felony offense of bail jumping in violation of N.D.C.C. § 12.1-08-05. Lee's bond was revoked and she was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment of 120 days. Lee has served her sentence. On appeal, Lee asserts there was not substantial evidence to support the jury verdict. The judgment of conviction is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
