ORDER

Applicant Philip Lawrence seeks review of his misdemeanor convictions for negligent carrying of a concealed handgun (La. R.S. 40:1382) and failure to notify a law enforcement officer of a concealed handgun (La. R.S. 40:1379.3). This Court is unable to review the convictions and sentences because this application does not include a copy of the complete record, including the trial transcript, case minutes and any evidence introduced at trial. The district court is hereby ordered to send a complete certified copy of the record, including the foregoing items, to this Court within 30 days of this order. La. Const, art. I, § 19 and La.C.Cr.P. art. 9122.1(C)(1).
