Order

Per Curiam:

Dan Lawrence appeals, following a jury trial, convictions of four counts of third-degree child molestation, § 566.069, and one count of sexual misconduct, § 566.083, for which he was sentenced to consecutive terms of seven years on each count of child molestation and a concurrent term of four years on the sexual misconduct count for an aggregate sentence of twenty-eight years’ imprisonment. Lawrence raises two points on appeal. He argues that the State failed to timely disclose alleged impeachment evidence related to two of the State's witnesses, resulting in (1) a due process violation under Giglio v. United States , 405 U.S. 150, 92 S.Ct. 763, 31 L.Ed.2d 104 (1972) ; and (2) a discovery violation under Rule 25.03(g). Because the evidence was not material and there was no prejudice, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
