STATE OF LOUISIANA v. LACI J. LAMBERT


In Re: Laci J. Lambert, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Baton Rouge, No. 151,543. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The district court erred in making relator's suspended sentence executory upon revoking relator's probation. Therefore, the court's ruling on the motion to revoke relator's probation is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the district court for a hearing pursuant to La. Code Crira. P. art. 900 as amended by 2017 La. Acts No. 280, § 1 and 2018 La. Acts No. 668, § 2.
