Samuel E. Buffaloe, Columbia, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Before Division Four: Gary D. Witt, Chief Judge, Presiding, Karen King Mitchell, Judge, Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Erich Krebs appeals his conviction following jury trial for the class B felony of domestic assault in the first degree and the unclassified felony of armed criminal action. In one point on appeal, Krebs claims the trial court plainly erred in not sua sponte correcting the prosecutor's closing argument. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
