PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Chautauqua on March 3, 2014, and for permission to file a brief in excess of page limit,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mark C. Davison, Esq., dated June 19, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 12, 2015, hereby amended by deleting the date June 23, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 24, 2015, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
