STATE OF NEW JERSEY, PLAINTIFF, v. FUQUAN K. KNIGHT, A/K/A FUQUAN K. KNIGHT, JR., DEFENDANT. STATE OF NEW JERSEY, PLAINTIFF-RESPONDENT, v. SHAQUAN K. KNIGHT, A/K/A SHAQUAN KYLE, AND SHAQUAN KYLEKNIGHT, DEFENDANT-PETITIONER.


ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-0377-20 and A-0437-21 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to defendant’s challenge to the trial court’s determination to permit the jury to view the surveillance video multiple times in slow motion. Certification is denied as to all other issues; and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before June 24, 2024, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant’s supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before July 24, 2024.
