Justin E. Davis, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

Emily Lazaroff, St. Louis, MO, for Appellant.

Division Three: Karen King Mitchell, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Jason Klein appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Pettis County. Klein argues there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he possessed a controlled substance. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
