STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DERRICK SHAWN KIRT

In Re: Derrick Shawn Kirt, applying for supervisory writs, 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Mary, No. 9787198.

BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. In his pleading, relator appears to be seeking reconsideration of a sentence that was imposed by the district court after a finding that, relator was in contempt for his failure to pay child support. Relator should assert his request in a pleading filed in the district court.
