ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Hershell Kirkman ("Defendant") appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to dismiss the charge against Defendant for violation of his right to a speedy trial. Defendant asserts one point on appeal. Finding that the trial court did not err in denying Defendant’s motion to dismiss, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 30.25(b).
