STATE OF LOUISIANA v. EDWARD KING

In Re: Edward King, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 53,620. BEFORE: WELCH, CRAIN, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The Clerk of Court of Tangipahoa Parish has no record of receiving a Motion to Reconsider the denial of relator's Motion to Raise Jurisdictional Claim (apparently treated as a postconviction relief application). Relator must file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
