STATE of Connecticut v. Tyrone KING.


Upon review by this court and in light of the state's concession of error, the defendant's judgment of conviction of carrying a dangerous weapon in violation of General Statutes § 53–206cannot stand.

The judgment is reversed and the case is remanded with direction to render judgment of acquittal on the charge of carrying a dangerous weapon.
