MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING
On appellant's motion to supplement the record with the presentence-investigation report, to file the document under seal, and to permit counsel for both sides to review but not copy the document. Motion granted. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction may submit the presentence-investigation report to this court for filing under seal, and counsel for the parties may review, but not copy, the document in the Office of the Clerk of the Court.
