STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Vilaychith Fila KHOUANMANY, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, D.J. Stovall, Judge. Vilaychith Khouanmany appeals from convictions of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and failure to possess a tax stamp.
