In Re: Roy Curtis Keys, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 606,213. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.
WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. This court cannot review the claim raised in the writ application. The defendant failed to include the preliminary examination transcript, district court minutes, or any other pertinent documents from the district court record. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event the defendant elects to file a new application with this court, the application shall be filed on or before February 19, 2019. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
