The Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the District Court of Appeal, First District of Florida, is granted and the filing of briefs on the merits and oral argument are dispensed with, the decision of the District Court of Appeal is reversed, and this cause is remanded for proceedings consistent with the opinion of this Court in Estevez v. State, 313 So.2d 692, opinion filed February 26, 1975.
