The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 164 Conn.App. 232, 137 A.3d 822 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction over the defendant's violation of probation proceeding?”
