Opinion

Case No. SC04-90.

April 13, 2005.

Lower Tribunal No. 2D03-803.

Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated February 2, 2005, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See State v. K.C., 873 So. 2d 316 (Fla. 2004). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
