Order

Per Curiam:

Mr. Ezekiel Kapusciak appeals from his judgment of conviction and sentence, following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Callaway County, Missouri, for the class D misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance. On appeal, Mr. Kapusciak asserts two claims of evidentiary error. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
