IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF STATE OF NEW YORK, PETITIONER-RESPONDENT, v. J.R.C., AN INMATE IN THE CUSTODY OF THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND COMMUNITY SUPERVISION FOR CIVIL MANAGEMENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 10 OF THE MENTAL HYGIENE LAW, RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston on August 19, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Janine E. Rella, Esq., dated August 16, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 6, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 25, 2017, and inserting in its place the date December 26, 2017.
