IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF STATE OF NEW YORK, PETITIONER-RESPONDENT, v. J.R.C., AN INMATE IN THE CUSTODY OF THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND COMMUNITY SUPERVISION FOR CIVIL MANAGEMENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 10 OF THE MENTAL HYGIENE LAW, RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston on August 3, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Janine E. Rella, Esq., dated June 15, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before September 25, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
