In Re: Samuel Joseph, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 08-14-0674. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects relator has been billed and arraigned for the charges at issue in his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Motion for Release of Bond Obligation Article 701(B).
