BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's motion to accept amended petition for writ of certiorari is granted. The petition for writ of certiorari and appendix filed on January 4, 2016, are stricken, and the amended petition for writ of certiorari and appendix filed on January 6, 2016, are accepted.

Petitioner's amended petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

Petitioner's "motion to have related cases travel together and be heard by the same panel" is denied as moot.
