STATE OF LOUISIANA v. RODERRICK JONES


In Re: Roderrick Jones, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, No. 33483. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., WELCH AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator failed to provide this Court with sufficient information to make a meaningful inquiry with the district court. If relator elects to file a new application raising these claims, he should include the district court docket number(s) (if known), the type of offense(s), the date of conviction(s), and his date of birth, as well as a copy of any motions or pleadings filed in the district court that are now at issue, and information concerning the court's failure to rule such as when the motion or pleading at issue was filed in the district court.
