STATE v. JONES
On appellant's motion for appellate bond with expedited decision requested. Motion granted subject to the following conditions: (1) appellant shall reside with her father and stepmother; (2) appellant shall be subject to GPS monitoring; and (3) appellant shall be under home confinement except for medical treatment and treatment-related activities.
DeWine, J., would impose a monetary bond in the amount of $10,000.
