Substitute information charging the defendant with five counts of the crime of sale of a narcotic substance, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury and tried to the jury before Moraghan, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
