Substitute information charging the defendant with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and with engaging a police officer in pursuit, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex, geographical area number nine, and tried to the court, Burns, J.; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
