WRIT GRANTED FOR LIMITED PURPOSE
In his writ application, relator seeks mandamus relief from this Court to compel the district court to act upon his pro se "Notice of Intention," which was filed on approximately May 26, 2018. Our review of the official record in this case shows that the trial court acted upon relator's filing at issue on June 19, 2018, and provided a return date of July 2, 2018.
It is unclear from the record whether relator has been officially served with the trial court June 19, 2018 Order. Accordingly, we grant this writ for the limited purpose of ordering the Clerk of Court for the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District to mail a copy of the June 19, 2018 Order to relator, Durrell Johnson #439966, at Hunt Correctional Center, P.O. Box 174, St. Gabriel, LA 70776.
Gretna, Louisiana, this 31st day of July, 2018.
