In re: Kenneth Johnson, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order. Parish of Orleans.


Granted. See State v. Clark, La., 317 So.2d 623 and State ex rel. Booth v. Becker, La., 345 So.2d 897. Applicant is ordered removed from Angola and incarcerated in Orleans pending his appeal.
