Writ granted. On the showing made, Roy Johnson is entitled to be released on his own recognizance. La. Code Criminal Procedure, Art. 336.

SANDERS, C. J., dissents from the granting of the writ, being of the opinion that the showing made is insufficient.

SUMMERS, J., dissents.
