STATE OF LOUISIANA v. FLOYD W. JOHNSON, JR.

Floyd W. Johnson, Jr., applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Baton Rouge, No. 180142.

BEFORE: WELCH, HOLDRIDGE, AND WOLFE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. This writ application appears to be a motion to amend or to correct an illegal sentence filed in this court in the first instance. Because there is no indication that relator filed the motion in the district court before seeking relief from this court, this writ presents nothing for this court to review.
