Before STONE, ROBINSON, and MARCOTTE

WRIT DENIED.

The applicant, Jerrod Dewayne Johnson, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's March 31, 2023, ruling denying his "Second or Subsequent Uniform Application for Post-Conviction Relief." The claims raised by Johnson in his present application are not sufficient to establish factual innocence under La.C.Cr.P. art. 926.2 and are repetitive and untimely under La.C.Cr.P. arts. 930.4 and 930.8. On the showing made, the writ is denied.
