STATE OF LOUISIANA v. LEROY C. JOHNSON, SR.


In Re: Leroy Johnson, Sr., applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 1702747. BEFORE: McDONALD, GRAIN, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. This court cannot adequately review the allegations presented in the writ application. The defendant failed to provide this court with a copy of the trial court's August 15, 2018 ruling, the June 14, 2018 suppression hearing transcript, pertinent trial court minutes, and any other portion of the district court record that might support the claim raised in the motion to suppress. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this court, the application shall be filed on or before October 4, 2018. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
