Motion for extension of time to file respondent-appellant's brief and supplemental record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the brief and supplemental record on appeal are deemed timely filed. Appellant-respondent shall file and serve a responding brief on or before January 19, 2021. Respondent-appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before February 1, 2021.
