On the authority of State v. L.N.A., [Ms. CR-00-1554, August 31, 2001] 811 So.2d 637 (Ala.Crim.App. 2001), we reverse the juvenile court's judgment and remand this case to the juvenile court for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
