This appeal was scheduled for submission on May 12, 1982, and all attorneys of record and appellant were notified. Appellant was not present or represented at that time, nor had any brief or motion for continuance been filed on his behalf. On authority of Rule VII, Section 5(b), this court, ex proprio motu, considers said appeal as abandoned; therefore, it is ordered that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
