The State of Florida appeals the trial court's suppression of tape-recorded statements law enforcement officers obtained from Allen Reed Jenkins and Volodymar Fedorchenko while they were detained in the back of a highway patrol cruiser. We reverse. See State v. Fedorchenko, 630 So.2d 213 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993).
