We initially accepted jurisdiction to review a county court decision certifying a question of great public importance. Fla. R. App. P. 9.030(b)(4), 9.160(e)(2). Upon further consideration, we decline jurisdiction and transfer this case to the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, appellate division. Fla. R. App. P. 9.160(f)(2).

JURISDICTION DECLINED; CASE TRANSFERRED.
