STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DEREK JACKSON

In Re: Derek Jackson, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 06-12-0822. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, HIGGINBOTHAM, AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects the district court denied relator's Motion to Clarify Sentence on June 5, 2015. Further, the district court has no record of receiving a Motion to Quash (allegedly filed on May 8, 2015). Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
