STATE OF LOUISIANA v. CHARLES JACKSON

In Re: Charles Jackson, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 02-13-0248 & 02-13-0412.

BEFORE: PETTIGREW, MCDONALD, AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. We are advised by the office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish that relator was charged by bill of information and arraigned on February 13, 2013. Therefore, a motion seeking release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) would be considered moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989).
