Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Cayuga County, entered July 22, 2020, and having moved to adjourn the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief, and the time is extended to November 30, 2021, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to adjourn the appeal, and the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for December 8, 2021, and is added to the term commencing January 4, 2022.
