In Re: Senan Hussein, applying for supervisory writs, 32nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Terrebonne, No. 690002. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Counsel's request for a return date was untimely under Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-2. Counsel failed to include a Declaration verifying the method of service with the addresses and telephone numbers of opposing counsel and the judge, and his electronic signature. See Local Rule 8(G). Counsel also failed to comply with Rule 4-5(C)(1), (2), (3) and (5), by failing to include a jurisdictional statement, the statement of the case, assignments of error, and the index is in the wrong order in the writ application. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. See also State v. Hussein, 2018-0504 (La. App. 1st Cir. 6/25/18), 2018 WL 3154380 (unpublished).
